Found a bug, stuck somewhere, or have an idea for a new route? Send it from inside the game's TestFlight (take a screenshot and tap Share Beta Feedback), or leave a review on the App Store, and tell us your iPhone model and where in Kirkland it happened. We read everything.
Where's my progress? Saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
How do I change my name or avatar? Tap the pencil next to your name on the home screen, or open your profile.
No sound? Tap the speaker button during a ride, or check Settings (gear icon) on the home screen.
Why do shops have funny names? They're made-up names inspired by the neighbourhood, so we don't use anyone's trademarks.
