Real Kirkland, cartoon fun

Kirkland Dash is a game for kids and families about zooming around the real Kirkland, Washington: the Marina Park lakefront, Park Lane, Heritage Park, Houghton Beach, Carillon Point, the Cross Kirkland Corridor and the Totem Lake Village. The streets, parks, buildings, stop signs and even the public art (yes, the Cow and Coyote) are where they really are.

What you'll do

Daily missions
Race a friend, run an errand across town, or go on a photo hunt for landmarks.

Pacific Northwest chaos
Angry geese, cyclists yelling "on your left", puddles, wet leaves and the rare sunbreak.

Boba power
Grab boba and treats to fill your BOOST cup, then hold BOOST to fly.

Explore
Free-roam from the lakefront, downtown or Totem Lake. No timer, no lives.

Routes & badges
Featured rides like the lakeshore to Carillon Point, with best times, stars and badges.

Kind to beginners
Bumps just spill boba; only big crashes cost a heart.

How to play

1. Steer: put your thumb down anywhere and slide it left or right, like handlebars.
2. Jump: a quick tap anywhere hops you over geese, puddles and frisbees.
3. Boost: ride over boba to fill the pink cup, then hold BOOST (bottom right) to go super fast. While boosting you plow straight through geese and puddles.
4. Hearts: big crashes (moving cars, e-bikes, roadworks) cost a heart. Small bumps spill your boba. Ride back over it to grab it before it fades! Collect 20 treats to earn a heart back.
5. Hills: going uphill slows you down; downhill is a little faster.
6. Grass is slow: stick to paths and roads when you're in a hurry. The lake? You'll get wet.
7. Wide view: tap WIDE (bottom left) to see more of the town; 🔊 mutes sounds.

Pick a scooter or running shoes, choose your avatar, and type your own name. Levels go up as you earn stars, and the town gets busier.
